'Fairy Flowers'. Original Painting on Canvas

Recently Carl and I went on an impromptu picnic, we found a beautiful spot in the woods and at our very unexciting salad sandwiches among a carpet of bluebells.  I sat and drew, knowing I had to head back into my studio to paint the experience.  

Here is ‘Fairy Flowers’ a big painting at 100 x 100cm on a deep box canvas of 4cm.  

It is painted in both oil and acrylic paint.

I was delighted to know that another name for a Bluebell is ‘Fairy Flower’ which I had to make the title of my painting of them.
