Queen Anne's Lace. Original Painting on Canvas

Springing up among the hedgerows this rapidly growing tall plant emerges, looks beautiful but doesn’t last long so I work quickly to gather some up and take it back to my studio to draw and then paint.

This is a large painting at 100 x 100cm on a deep box canvas of 4cm.

It is painted in both oil and acrylic paint.
