'Elderberry' Handpressed Drypoint Drawing

Autumn = Elderberries ripe and ready to go.

Not to be eaten raw or undercooked, so best not to throw them into muffins or cakes as they may not cook through.

I have wonderful memories of collecting these small, dark purple berries with my parents in the 70’s to make wine.

This is a Drypoint Intaglio Print made in an Edition of only 12.

Paper size: 30 x 30cm (approx, could be 29 x 29cm)

Each print is an original work of art, being hand painted then pressed by me in my studio, therefore each is slightly different.

They are individually signed, yearly dated, numbered and titled.
