Helianthus (Sunflower) Original Painting on Canvas

Sunflowers represent ‘A long life and lasting happiness’.

Recognising that there really will only ever be one artist that covers all things Sunflower (Van Gogh) these flowers are daunting for any artist to paint.

However, they mean much to our family - they are Carl’s favourite flowers and I bought a beautiful bunch so I absolutely had to paint them.

This painting is 59.4 x 84.1 x 4cm.

It is landscape, painted in both oil and acrylic paint.
