Am getting excited now as it’s Christmas and am so in the season darling as I have pink hair, no really, seriously bright pink hair although (sadly it is now fading). Fading so much so that am considering going to the hairdressers to have it done permanently. The temporary stuff is great but given that I may have to redo it each six weeks, it won’t be long until my bathroom looks like it’s seen a murder, as the dye is redder than a red thing.
Still it has been great fun and watching peoples reactions to it has been even more fun. Thankfully the children are cool with it, it has to be said it was a near miss for my son’s school class (bless him) but he has now reassured me that it’s gone down as ‘cool’ rather than utterly freakish and indicative of an approaching mid-life crises, which is nice.
Amid all the festivities of the approaching silly-season and the recently celebrated 50th birthday of the husband, it is now time to decide whether to dye it again or not, and the answer is a we’ll see. One thing i will say is that going from uber pink to now much softer pink is a little like having sucked all the of the juice out of an ice lolly, and being left with the icey-but-not-so-tasty-bit. Nuff said.
Onto new works dear readers…am super excited to introduce you too: ‘Stargazing Polar’ ‘Sausage dog as yet untitled’ and ‘Owley’. All are going to be released as prints to purchase very soon.
Much love and hope you like them
